We document consent records, audit data flows, enforce internal privacy governance, and guarantee formal 72-hour breach notifications to supervisory authorities under GDPR Article 33.
Your GDPR Data Subject Rights
As a data subject under GDPR, you are entitled to exercise the following self-service and on-demand rights:
- Right of Access & Portability (Articles 15 & 20): You can export a full machine-readable JSON copy of your profile, orders, and support tickets directly from your dashboard profile settings.
- Right to Rectification (Article 16): You can modify and correct personal details in real-time.
- Right to Erasure / "Right to Be Forgotten" (Article 17): You can permanently delete your user profile and anonymize all historical data directly from your account privacy settings.
- Right to Withdraw Consent (Article 7): You can adjust cookie and tracking preferences at any time using our Cookie Consent Center.
- Right to Lodge a Complaint: You have the right to contact a relevant Data Protection Authority (DPA) in your EU member state.
Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA)

Our applications do not collect personal information from users. Our applications do not require account creation, registration, or login of any kind. Users may enter or create information within the applications as part of normal usage. This may include user-created data, application inputs, and application settings required for functionality. All such data is stored only on the user's device using local storage. We do not collect, upload, transmit, or store user data on external servers.
Data Storage
All data used within the applications is stored locally on the user's device. No data is stored on remote servers, cloud systems, or external databases.
Data Retention
We do not collect or store any user data on our servers. All data created or entered within our applications is stored locally on the user's device. Local data is retained for as long as the application is installed on the user's device. Users may delete their data at any time from within the application. Upon uninstallation, all locally stored data is permanently and automatically deleted from the device. We do not retain any user data after the application is uninstalled from the user's device.
Data Sharing
BRV Technologies does not share, sell, rent, or transfer user data to third parties.
Third-Party Services
Our applications do not use third-party services that collect user data.
Children's Privacy
Our applications do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
Security
All stored data remains on the user's device and is protected using the device's built-in security features.
